Cattleman's Hut Film Location

Cattleman's Hut

Moonbah, NSW, 2627

Built in the early 1900's, Cattleman’s Hut oozes historic charm and is set on a peaceful acreage surrounded by gumtrees. A great location for drone shots or historic films, its unique weatherboard and corrugated iron facade makes it the perfect canvas for photoshoots. This is also a great spot to use as a base while filming the stunning surrounding scenery, including lakes, bushland and snow capped mountains.

Inside, Cattleman’s Hut boasts timber floors, pine walls and exposed timber ceilings. Blending original charm with modern touches, one of the standout features of this location is the clawfoot bathtub. The hut is tastefully furnished with dark wood furniture, soft linen curtains and a cozy wood fire encircled by vintage chairs. There is also a functional and well equipped kitchen.

With plenty of parking and room for equipment storage this is a wonderful location for all crew sizes.
