This urban warehouse has been cleverly converted into a photo studio, complete with paper rolls in a multitude of colours (which can be removed on request) as well as polyboards! High ceilings, roller door entry for easy crew access, white brick walls and photo lighting available. 

There is a small waiting room under the mezz which can be spruced up into a nice office waiting room, or dressed down to a dingy lounge room or drug den! A simple makeup / dressing room with a hollywood style mirror and bench (plus a full length mirror) could be used as is, or dressed to look like a private dressing room, backstage area or even a small (again, less desirable) bedroom. Located in a quiet industrial area far away from flight paths. 

The hidden secret here is the mezzanine floor. Empty and yours to reinvent, this area has a very abandoned feel and overlooks the photostudio. You could easily fake a mezz apartment, use it for a bit more of an urban feel or redecorate completely! The ceiling above the mezz does slope down into a fairly low ceiling so watch your head and don’t plan any crazy lighting scenes.
