The Urban Sanctuary Home is a clever collision of old and new, giving production two distinct looks under the one roof. The original 1900 Victorian end brings the period character, with a long hallway lined by decorative arches, ornate plasterwork, high ceilings and glossy black timber floors. Bright front rooms add fireplaces, ceiling roses, detailed cornices and plantation shutters, with plenty of depth through the hallway for strong entrances, reveals and tracking shots.

Black floors meet warm timber joinery, crisp white walls and oversized glazing across a generous living, dining and kitchen zone. A built-in leather banquette, statement pendant lighting, fireplace wall, timber screening and full-height wine display add texture and plenty of foreground interest without overwhelming the frame.

Large glazed doors connect the interiors directly to a private courtyard arranged around a swimming pool, established greenery, lawn, timber pergola and outdoor dining. The enclosed layout gives the exterior a secluded, intimate feel while creating excellent sightlines between the kitchen, living spaces, pool and garden.
