The England

This country style, English home and its sprawling gardens is a gem waiting to be found in Sydney’s lower North Shore. The English garden includes an array of flowers, medium sized yard, sandstone pathways, a pool, a hidden pond and a large veggie garden, chickens and a large white chicken coop. The outdoor area is complete with a long timber dining table that looks onto the garden, and an alfresco pool house styled in hues of blue and grey, and solid timber and sandstones features.

You will fall in love with the exquisite white English style kitchen and its marble island bench top, chrome handles, and lengthy bench space. We picture a chef star cooking up a scrumptious meal in here. There are multiple living spaces situated down stairs, and plenty of spacious bedrooms throughout the house, including a separate self-contained guest suite. One room is perfect for reading a book by a sandstone fireplace snuggled up on the couch and another upstairs could be turned into a kids playroom, with its storage stairs they can climb upon. Most bedrooms apart from the main, are a light grey colour with minimal furnishings and white venetian blind windows. The main room has dark grey walls, beige carpet and diamond glass windows.

To finish off the “tour” of this stunning home with so much to offer, the final touch is the below ground wine cellar. The wooden beams holding up the home are exposed, the walls are set with features of raw sandstone, a sitting area, pebbled floor, and racks of wine that are all lit up by floor running led lights to give the room atmosphere. It’s the equivalent of what you would come across on a wine tour in Europe.

So what couldn’t you use this house for? We see it being used for commercial country/food magazine shoot or a cooking show.
